Night drink before bed

Night drink before bed:

  1.  - 1 peppermint tea bag (steeped in 1 cup hot water)
  2. - ½ tsp turmeric powder
  3. - Pinch of black pepper
  4. - ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  5. - 1 tsp coconut oil or milk - helps absorb turmeric
  6. - 1 tsp raw honey (optional, once drink cools slightly and in small amount)
  7. 1 scoop Collagen powder (optional, joint/skin support)

Not any of below as they increase alertness and can disturb sleep:

  • Ginger
  • L-carnitine
  • MCT oil
