Night drink before bed
Night drink before bed:
- - 1 peppermint tea bag (steeped in 1 cup hot water)
- - ½ tsp turmeric powder
- - Pinch of black pepper
- - ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- - 1 tsp coconut oil or milk - helps absorb turmeric
- - 1 tsp raw honey (optional, once drink cools slightly and in small amount)
- 1 scoop Collagen powder (optional, joint/skin support)
Not any of below as they increase alertness and can disturb sleep:
- Ginger
- L-carnitine
- MCT oil
